東京らーめんすずき — Bengaluru
Rich tonkotsu broths, hand-crafted sushi and izakaya small plates, made by a Japanese chef and served in a cozy corner of Bangalore.
Tucked into a quiet corner of HSR Layout, Tokyo Ramen Suzuki was built on one idea: ramen should taste the way it does back home. Every bowl starts with broth simmered for hours, noodles made to hold their bite, and toppings prepared the traditional way — no shortcuts, no compromises.
The dishes our regulars order again and again — straight from the wok, the broth pot and the sushi bar.
Silky pork bone broth, chewy noodles, chashu & ajitama egg.
Salmon, cucumber & avocado, topped with tobiko and spicy mayo.
Slow-braised pork belly, sliced thin, served with karashi mustard.
“Highly recommend the restaurant to people looking for authentic Japanese food.”

Guest ReviewTokyo Ramen Suzuki opened with a simple promise: serve ramen the way it's meant to taste, made by hands trained in Japan. No shortcuts on the broth, no compromise on the noodles, no imitation flavours dressed up as authentic.
Chef Suzuki's kitchen simmers tonkotsu and paitan broths for hours each day, rolls sushi to order, and fries karaage in small batches so it always arrives hot and crisp. The space is small and unpretentious on purpose — the focus stays on what's in the bowl.
Today, we're proud to be one of HSR Layout's go-to spots for genuine Japanese food, rated 4.4 on Google from over 400 guests who keep coming back.
Every broth is built from scratch and simmered for hours — nothing shortcut, nothing instant.
Recipes and methods rooted in Japanese cooking, adapted for freshness, not flavour.
Vegetarian guests, first-timers and regulars all get the same care — and honest recommendations.
